QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATION

1- Project QA/QC Engineer

A qualified and well-disciplined engineer shall be assigned as project QA/QC engineer. This assignment shall last throughout the duration of the project. The QA/QC Engineer reports directly to the project manager but maintaining a close relationship with the management of the project.

2- Quality Control Inspectors

Quality Control Inspectors shall perform inspections on material, equipment and construction activities. Quality control inspectors shall be responsible for inspection, reporting and initiation of non- conformance reports when require

3-Project Quality AssuranceProgram

The project QA/QCEngineer shall be responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program for his assigned project.

4- Quality Control Plan

Quality control plan issued for the project shall consist of the production/inspection activity matrixeswhere each plan shall indicate type and extent of inspection, reference to acceptability criteria and documentation to be compelled and collated.

5- Distribution of Project QA/QCDocumentation

The document controller shall be responsible for formal distribution, distribution recording of the project QA plans and QA/QC procedures in accordance with an approved Document ControlProcedure.

6- Project Organization

A well-qualified and experienced person shall be appointment by the corporate management of Chairs Art as the Project Manager.He shall be responsible for the overall administration of the project.

Project Manager (PM)

Distribution of Project Key Functions:

The Project Manageris the head of the project. He poses overallauthority and responsibility for all aspect of the project.

Project QA/QC Engineer

The project QA/QC Engineer represents the company of all quality related activities with sub-contractor

Project Engineer

The project engineerdirects and co-ordinates the engineering activities related to the execution of the project.

Safety Manager

He shall be responsibility of the safety engineer ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and in-house standards.
